Verrines celebrate flavour, colour and texture and in this class, you will create your own selection of layered and composed desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Chef Jon will share and guide you through a range of patisserie techniques and exquisite creations using local South Australian ingredients, ready for your next dinner party.
